Mounting the Eflite Park 250 Motor with the EFLM1960 carbon tube

The EFLM1960 carbon tube can be used to mount the Efilte Park 250 motor to a variety of different air frames. If you are using this mount under normal flying conditions we recommend that you insert atleast 30mm of the tube into your airframe past the firewall for gluing surface. If you are going to be using this mount for high stress or 3D applications then you should insert atleast 40mm of the tube into your airframe past the firewall for gluing surface. Under normal loads we have found that gluing the motor to ther mount using RTV silicone works well, however under high stress or 3D applications we recomend that you use RTV silicone and also a small self tapping screw (BVM5725 suggested) to secure the motor and prevent it from rotating. When mounting the motor to the tube mount using a screw, position the motor on the tube in the correct position and drill a pilot hole through the tube and the motor. Then remove the motor a drill out the pilot hole in the tube mount to the same size as the diameter of the screw. (Use caution when drilling out the carbon tube, take your time or you could split the carbon.)
