Recently, Spektrum released an updated version of their very popular DSM2 2.4GHz air module for the JR 8103, XP9303 and 10X transmitters. The new design results in a very clean installation and eliminates some of the previous antennae installation issues by integrating the antenna into the module. Installing a new module is easy. Now Spektrum has made the case available for people who would like to update their current module to the new configuration. I always liked my JR 8103, so I thought it was time to update that transmitter using the new case (PN SPM6817). It turns out to be easy, and I think you will see that you can do it yourself if you watch this video How-To. The new module is a very nice fit in all of the JR transmitters and results in a totally new look at very little cost.
